Food and drink may be brought aboard by prior arrangement subject to a surcharge of 50p per person.
Plastic glasses are in use on-board.
A setting-up period of 15 minutes will be required for private functions wishing to dress the vessel.
The vessel will arrive back at the jetty 15 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the cruise in order to allow disembarkation and cleaning.
For safety reasons the following will not be permitted on board under any circumstances : Party Poppers, Confetti, Silly String, Candles, Fireworks, Sparklers, Dry Ice, Smoke Generators or Glassware.
River Bann Cruises Ltd. recommend a limit of 50 guests for your comfort.
Please Note:
We regret that due to the layout of our vessel it is not possible to board a totally wheelchair dependent person.
"The Lady Sandel" is entirely non-smoking and access to outside decks is strictly prohibited once under-way.
River Bann Cruises Ltd. reserve the right to:
Refuse access to the vessel.
Cancel sailings due to river conditions or technical reasons.
Change itineraries.
The Master´s decision is final.

2007 Private charter rates for all Parties, Groups, Organisations, Events and Functions.
1 hour - £180
1.5 hours - £250
2 hours - £300
3 hours - £450
Fares
Adult - £8
Child (under 14) - £5
Concession - £6
Family - £22 (2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + up to 3 children)
Group Rate
A 10% reduction is applicable for parties of 10 or more.
